Make sure the bolts aren't too long. They shouldn't go past the frame's thickness to avoid damaging any internal components.

THIS PROJECT IMPROVES AIRFLOW INSIDE THE PRINTER FOR MATERIALS THAT DON’T NEED AN ENCLOSURE.
IT ELIMINATES THE NEED TO OPEN THE DOOR OR LID, ENHANCES VENTILATION, AND REDUCES NOISE. *NOTE: The first layer is the most critical because the fan isn't running yet, so you might need to keep the door open just for the first layer. Once the fan starts, you can close everything. So far, I've printed with everything closed and haven't had any problems.
*COMPATIBLE WITH HONEYCOMB STORAGE WALL (STANDARD) V3 (zip file)
Following the naming convention used by the Voron team, all files are identified by material
and quantity. [a] refers to the primary material, [b] refers to the secondary material or the use
of a different color, and (x..) indicates the number of pieces to print.
[a] - ABS or another high-temperature resistant material.
[b] - Can be printed with any material. For this project, it was printed in orange PLA.
All components are clearly labeled in the exploded view to make it easier to understand their
positioning during system installation - PDF FILE
There are two versions of the [b]_x1_K1C_SIDE_SPACER_VENT_1: 1_1 and 1_2.
The difference between the two is the positioning of the handle. They are designed to open
and close the vents in the same direction.
* I suggest installing the system with the printer lying on its side, as it significantly simplifies
assembly. The screws must pass through everything, including the printer's original side
panel. While it's possible to assemble everything vertically, it requires more patience.
To simplify positioning the supports, set the Threshold angle to 10 in the SUPPORT tab. This
way, supports will only be created on the overhang that fits into the printer frame. The rest of
the project is designed to not require supports.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
