Santa is giving the go ahead!
I made this sketch years ago on a piece of paper, giving the go ahead on the christmas sweets.
It was liked so much and is still attached to the kitchen wall, that I decided to turn it into a 3d model.
The shown print is in Das Filament Tonweiß PLA, 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm Layerheight. Painted with acrylic paint. (No sanding or primer… which may be a good idea)
It does need support, but prusaslicer really does great supports, almost no cleanup required. Activate “support on bed only” and add paint on support for the top of the hat. I cut of a bit at the bottom, but thats up to you.
I added a .stl file and a .3mf file. The 3mf file is prepared for the Prusa Mini+ with the settings shown above.
If you print this, please post a make. I would like to see santa painted by someone with more experience in painting figurines. Also maybe MMU prints?!
Happy Holidays!
