Beantray extension- Bohnenschacht Vergrößerung Magnifica S

I used the SolidWorks file from cults3d for my enhancements (s. image).

Note: This extension fits to my machine ECAM 22.110 B.

I cannot say whether it fits to other Magnifica S models.
I understand from the comments that there may be problems with other versions of the Magnifica S (e.g. ECAM 22.140.B COMPACT). I cannot verify this.

Changes to the bean tray:

1. the lid had a bit too much play, so I thickened the upper edge towards the inside.
2. I have removed the recess around the hinged lid for the powder chute and rounded off the surrounding edge, which makes cleaning easier and also means that fewer beans are left lying around.
3. I made the slope of the powder chute a little steeper, so I need fewer supports and the surface is better.
4. the lower edge of the connecting bars between the outer wall and the powder chute is inclined at 45° to save supports.
5. at the connection between the bars and the outer wall I have made fillets for a better transition. Otherwise there will be ugly marks on the outer wall.
6. I have made a small roof over the edge of the original powder chute so that no beans get stuck here.

Modification June 6, 2024:

At the request of "John_Travolta", I removed the thickening at the top edge (1) and made the edge 0.8 mm thinner.

The model for this is the "Rallonge_finale-changed2 Thin top Edge"

Modifications November 11,2024:
Minor corrections to existing models. They do not need to be reprinted.

At the special request of "Gediz_Aksit" I have created a 2-parted version so that the tray can also be printed on printers with a smaller bed (in his case 200mm x 200mm).

Corrections February 21, 2025:
the two-part version had an error, 2 of the holes on the part "BeanTray-2 Parts-BeanTray-right" were wrong. I have corrected this, they now all have a ø of 2.5mm.

Ich habe die SolidWorks-Datei von cults3d für meine Erweiterungen verwendet (s. Bild).

Anmerkung: Diese Erweiterung passt zu meiner MaschineECAM 22.110 B.
Ob es zu anderen Ausführungen der Magnifica S passt, kann ich nicht sagen.

Den Kommentaren entnehme ich, dass es bei anderen Ausführungen der Magnifica S Probleme geben kann (z.B. ECAM 22.140.B COMPACT). Das kann ich nicht verifizieren.

Änderungen am Bohnenschacht:

1. Der Deckel hatte etwas zu viel Spiel, darum habe ich den oberen Rand nach innen aufgedickt.
2. Die Vertiefung rund um den Klappdeckel für den Pulverschacht habe ich entfernt und die umlaufende Kante abgerundet, damit ist die Reinigung einfacher, außerdem bleiben hier weniger Bohnen liegen.
3. Die Schräge am Pulverschacht habe ich etwas steiler gemacht, damit benptige ich weniger Stützen und die Oberfläche wird besser.
4. Die Verbindungsstege zwischen Außenwand und Pulverschacht habe ich 45° schräg gestellt, um Stützen zu sparen.
5. An der Verbindung zw. den Stegen und der Außenwand habe ich Radien angebracht für einen besseren Übergang. Sonst gibt es an der Außenwand hässliche Marken.
6. Über den Rand des Original-Pulverschacht habe ich ein kleines Dach gemacht, damit sich hier keine Bohnen verklemmen.

Auf Bitte von "John_Travolta" habe ich die Verdickung am oberen Rand (1) wieder zurück genommen bzw. den Rand um 0,8mm dünner gemacht.

Auf speziellen Wunsch von "Gediz_Aksit" habe ich eine 2geteilte Version erstellt,
damit der Schacht auch auf Druckern mit kleinerem Bett (in seinem Fall 200mm x 200mm) gedruckt werden kann.

die zweigeteilte Version hatte einen Fehler, 2 der Bohrungen am Teil “BeanTray-2 Parts-BeanTray-right” waren falsch. Das habe ich korrigiert, die haben nun alle einen ø von 2,5mm.
