For groves with a 1.3125" or 1-5/16" overall width, see picture for how I measured this. That is 3/16" grooves on 3/8" centers x4

This is for a 90 deg joint

I used PETG with an extra wall and some extra infill for strength with a fine fuzzy skin for better keying with the furniture. I used epoxy for final installation for a solid bond with the plastic which probably wouldn't bond with wood glue at all.
