Camaro Berlinetta 1979 lower grille

The model can be printed in 4 parts and bolted together using the groves in the back of the parts. there are parts for doing so. The long rails have inserts for nuts.

If you have larger printer, you can print it in two parts probably.

the two big parts are connected using a hinge, to fit better the angle of the car.

I preinted this in PETG and it's been for 4 year on the car and no issues so far.

Unfortunatelly I don't have the model of the hinge. If you need it contact me and I can help you make it. Nevertheless, I am attaching step file so you can make it yourself.
