Doppelzahnrad 110-127 für Bernardo P600G, Double gear 110-127 for Bernardo P600G

Doppel-Zahnrad / Wechselzahnrad mit 110-127 Zähnen für den Antrieb des Vorschubgetriebes an der Drehmaschine Bernardo P600G zum schneiden zölliger Gewindesteigungen. 
Mit diesem Doppelzahnrad anstelle des originalen 120-127 sind die Steigungen 11, 22 & 44 Gänge pro Zoll möglich wie z.B. zölliges Rohrgewinde mit 11 GG/". Hebelstellungen siehe Tabelle. 

Müßte auch an baugleiche Modelle wie HBM 280x600, Paulimot PM 3700 oder Warco GH 600 passen.

Achtung: Für einen paßgenauen Sitz muß die 14mm Bohrung mit einer 14 H7 Reibahle auf genaues Maß gebracht werden!!

Double gear / change gear with 110-127 teeth for driving the feed gear on the Bernardo P600G lathe for cutting inch thread pitches. 
With this double gear instead of the original 120-127, pitches of 11, 22 & 44 threads per inch are possible. For example cylindrical Withworth pipe thread with 11 tpi.
See table for lever positions. 

Should also fit identical models such as HBM 280x600, Paulimot PM 3700 or Warco GH 600.

Attention: For a perfect fit, the 14mm hole must be brought to the exact size with a 14 H7 reamer!!
