Notches allow the user to tuck the cable away to reduce cable strain and draping.
Design is specific for the generic mini collapsible laptop stands found on AliExpress, picture attached (use image search to find a listing).
v22: Slightly longer version for regular DeckMate mount point (i.e. middle of the Deck)
