CR2020 extruder cover

CR2020原配的部件在换料的时候很不方便，经常出现耗材无法金属挤出座的孔洞这种情况。另外我的机器批次比较老，没有顶盖固定线缆，所以顺便做了一个线缆盖，直接卡在挤出座PCB安装顶盖上。还有前面板的字体，我不太喜欢，所以更改为现在的样子。

In addition, my machine batch is relatively old, there is no top cover fixed cable, so by the way, a cable cover is made, which is directly stuck on the PCB mounting top cover of the extrusion base.
