3way distribution with blast gate

remixed the HT Blastgate into a 3 way distribution block
I wanted a three way distribution with blast gates for my workshop, that suits my specific needs.
there are three connection pieces.
one with ID50 - inside diameter 50mm
one with AD50- outside diameter 50mm
one with a thread for a 32/35 vaccum hose. print the top part first to see if the thread fits your hose.
changed the bolts to M5
the lock plate has to be printed 3 times. I reduced the height of the locking knob a little bit, so that it runs smoother
My pipes fitted well into the female port. I had no need to use the sealing ring.
what you need:
M5x20 Bolts, nuts and washers
maybe HT 50 sealing rings for the female ports

hier mein remix von dem HT Blastgate
Für meine Werkstatt wollte ich unbedingt einen 3-fach Verteiler vom Staubsauger mit Absperr Schieber.
für das 3-auf-1 Rohr gibt es drei Varianten:
mit ID50 - Innendurchmesser 50mm
mit AD50 - Außendurchmesser 50mm
mit Gewindeanschluß für einen Staubsaugerschlauch mit 32/35 mm Gewinde. Den Gewindeteil würde ich zuerst mal drucken, um zu sehen ob der auf den vorhandenen Schlauch passt.
Schraublöcher sind auf M5 geändert
Die Verschlussplatte muss 3 mal gedruckt werden. Hier habe ich den Knubbel etwas niedriger gemacht, damit er besser in die Verriegelung gleitet.
Meine Rohre haben in den weiblichen Port auch ohne Dichtung gut gepasst.

Die Kanten schön entgraten und mit Scotchbrite etwas rund und fein schleifen. Dann gleiten die Teile am Besten ineinander
Alles zusammenschrauben mit M5 Schrauben, Muttern und evtl. Beilagscheiben
