I accidentally printed the tank head without supports
@13sguy_4794403
It shouldn't have supports , may be a small brim .
I'm out of black filament atm, but I literally cannot wait to print this thing it made me laugh so hard
I cant get the springs into the turret

Hey sorry for the late reply just saw the message .
What do you mean ? they don't fit ? or you can't reach them?
If they wont fit its a tolerance issue , a bit of sanding can help. (edited)
@Kev_463734 they dont fit in the little sockets
For a meme real life recreation this is incredibly well executed. Pretty much everything printed without any issues, the tracks need to be a little bit loosened but other than that it's good. Only thing is that the turret spins a little bit too freely and pins are a little fragile (although that may just be my filament). Overall this is an awesome print and tbh this would be a very good chassis for some real life tanks, like a KV-1 or KV-2.

@3DBirdy
Thank you =]
As i stated pins are better printed in pla + or petg . Because of the stress on them on insert , i needed tight tolerance so the wheels wont wobble too much.
You are right about the turret, because it is glued i didn't want any resistance, so the glue won't snap while moving it.
I tried to make the tracks as close as possible to the meme while did some research on real tank tracks (added some bumps for traction) there is no tank that i'm aware of with this ridiculous wheel setup.
BTW thought it doesn't matter much but the gear shroud be in front of the tank (edited)
@Kev_463734 yeah, I made the pins out of petg but I think it's a little bit too wet and that's why it was a bit too brittle. Either way I managed to get the wheels on and they turn nicely. And yeah, I get the turret. The KV-1 actually has a very similar wheel setup, except it has 3 small top wheels instead of 5, and it doesn't have fenders. Also I moved the drive wheel (gear) to the back because it makes more sense, engine being in the back. Most tanks have a rear drive wheel setup while troop transporters generally have it at the front. Realistically it doesn't really matter but since it looks so much like a KV-1 (at least in my opinion) that I said might as well move it to the back, lol
