Spoolrollers Sunlu spoolholder modification

Sunlu filament spool holder modification, spool roller for spools max size 140 mm.

Super easy to modify, no screws screwdriver or any tools needed.

Options with or without taper, taper is there to protect the spool from moving off the side.

(i use the ones without)

Make sure they are in line with eachother otherwise the roller will wobble. Make the spoolhoder as wide as possible and put the roller between the original bearings.

• Spool roller 100mm [print 2 of these, for spools max size 100 mm] 
• Spool roller 100mm Taper [print 2 of these, for spools max size 100 mm] 
• Spool roller tolerance test [Optional]

The tolerance test is for checking if the part will have a snap fit. its just a small ring with an inner diameter of 17.1mm 

Cardboard spools might need to be weighted down so the printer doesnt pull the spool up / off the holder
