MK4 MMU3 Purge volume tool

Adaptation of @Posix's purge volume tool for MK4 MMU3.

Each swatch shows purging for extruder combinations: 1-2, 2-3, 3-4, 4-5.

If you want to test other extruder combinations, simply remap them before printing (using the printer's LCD).

(We can't have all extruder combinations automatically on MK4 MMU3, as PrusaSlicer doesn't support “Complete individual objects” in combination with a wipe tower.)

Adapted for MK4 MMU3 to print as many color-combinations in a single print. From left to right, it shows: 1-to-2, 2-to-3, 3-to-4, 4-to-5.
