Prusa Enclosure Power Switch

This power switch will allow you to re-use your existing cables and is completely reversible.

What you will need: 

C14 female	C14 Male	Switch

In addition, you will need:

• 5x 10cm electrical Wire
• 6.4 - 0.8 mm cable lug that fits on the switch and the C14's.
• 2x M3x5 screws
• 2x brass M3 inserts

Print the pieces, use support only on buildplate. Once printed, wire according to the following schema:

• C14-F Ground to C14-M Ground
• C14-F HOT to Switch HOT
• C14-F Neutral to Switch Neutral
• C14-M HOT to Switch HOT
• C14-M Neutral to Switch Neutral

Be carefull that the orientation of the neutral and hot wires are reversed in the C14 female vs the C14 male. Always check your wiring and ask a professional if unsure before plugging this in.

Insert the 2 brass inserts into the 2 little holes using a soldering iron.

Place the power switch box on the lower side corner (you may have to remove 2 nylon plugs for this that holds the plexiglass) and screw into place. Connect the cables and you are good to go.
