(2) 12mm OD x 425MM Long Linear Rod (I bought 450mm long and cut it with a grinder cut off wheel)

Changes:

- Shorted Upper Rod Supports and changed the fillet to allow you to use the belt and POM wheel setup that comes with the ender 5-S1.

- Note: the original was very close on clearing when actually printing. Now though mechanically the fan can not hit no matter what.

- Made rod bearing holder a little thicker for the screw for plastic. I also added little tiny ledge that match the LM12UU Linear Bearings I bought to mechanically trap them in place. [I used a screw driver to open the slot up to allow me to insert them.]

- Used screws for plastic instead of a regular metric bolt since I do not like threading regular bolts into plastic.

- Made all the shorter bolts the same length

- Used M4 bolts on the bearing support arms instead of M5 for mine.

- Changed Lower Rod Support to allow the Creality enclosure to sit flush

Directions:

Import the 3 files into your slicer, duplicate and mirror a set along the x axis.

When Installing the upper rod supports chamfers face up, and the lower rod supports face down.

Parts are best printed in ABS, use 30-40% infill for linear bearing holders, use 100% infill for steel shaft supports.

Updates:

6-6-24 - Fixed the lower rod support in v1.4, I made it shorter in v1.3 to clear the enclosure panel, but was in a rush and didn't check the bolt to rod center distances.

Added a M5 bolt hole Version for the bearing rod arm.
