Grohe Faucet Tap Handle Extension

There are two other models that serve this very purpose on printables, but I was not satisfied with the way they fit and feel on the tap, so I modeled a new one from scratch.

To install, just remove the rubber o-ring and slide the extension on the faucet. It is a tight fit so you might need to adjust your printer slightly.

Prints very nicely with Fuzzy Edge on the outer side.
