DELL WD19 / WD22 / K20A Docking station desk edge mount

This model is specifically for the DELL WD19, WD22,  K20A USB-C Thunderbolt Docking Stations (all have the same 9cm deep x 2.9cm height case) and allows the dock to be clamped to the edge of a desk and hide all the associated cables. I used the design to clamp the dock at the rear of my desk and have only the main USB-C thunderbolt cable available to plug into my laptop. Clearance has been made for the DisplayPort and USB-C (where available in the model) connections on the back of dock, fan vents on the sides and has a circular opening to maintain access to the dock power button.

Once printed (at 0.16mm or 0.12mm layer height), the screws may seem slightly tight in the thread of the end cap pieces, however I found that by tightening and loosening the screw a little a time it will wear in the threads and form a relatively smooth tightening/loosening movement. 

The model suits any desk thickness 15mm-35mm

UPDATE 16/11/24 : Added a new model and shorter screw for desks up to 60mm thick
