Portable Sharps Disposal Container

This is a portable sharps disposal container. It is designed for portable and compact laboratories and also to be hung from a backpack for easy use. this is a good print for taking studies into the field were you have to carry your equipment or have limited space. It has a spinning TPU lid with flaps and stops, to prevent things falling out but retaining easy access, the base gets put on with a twist and snap for a secure fit but easy unloads. there is a inbuilt strap loop so it can be hung on the outside of a backpack or a person.

the lid is printed in flexible TPU without supports in either the MMU version that contains separate objects for labeling and warnings or a single filament version that doesn't have these. the body and base can be printed with any rigid material with minimal supports.

there are no tools required for assembly, you simply press fit the lid over the lip on the body and slot the body's pegs into the grooves in the base and then twist until you hear a click.
