A bracket to fit on the Anycubic Mono 6Ks resin printer to hold the build plate at a 40° angle to all excess resin to run-off back into the vat.
The bracket is designed to fit onto the Z-arm just behind where the build plate fits and remain in place.
The sizes allow it to remain clear of the plate whilst printing and hold the plate above the vat whilst dripping. Be aware that due to the dimensions of the printer, it may be possible for the bracket to make contact with the resin during the early layers if the vat is full.
The bracket is designed to fit snug on the arm to avoid moving.
Printer Brand: Anycubic
Printer: Photon Mono X 6Ks
Rafts: No
Supports: No
Infill: Solid Fill
Filament: Anycubic ABS-Like Pro2 Grey
Notes:
If rotating to print, it will need supports added.
I rotated top-down in the slicer and added supports below and between overhangs - I don't recommend doing this, instead print as presented in the STL.
I used the ABS-Like Pro2 resin from Anycubic which allows a little flex whilst fitting and the extra strength to support the plate and any builds.
Washed in IPA, dried and cured for a total of 9 minutes in 3 minute sessions changing positions between each round.
Snug fit, may need sanding if shrinkage occurs
