Adjustable bag rider for the SKOUT Epoch which utilises 4 holes under the rear stock.
As with all 3D printed holes, much is depended on your printer/filament settings and how good your printer is tuned but there should be enough space for a ¼"-20 screw to pass though the holes no matter how low print quality is.
You will need 4 ¼"-20, 25mm (1") long screws
Whole setup is quite sturdy and stable
I've used PLA but for durability outside I would recommend ABS, ASA or PETG for higher temperature resistance in the sun.
Print in upright orientation with support from build plate only for the upper part
Print with support for the lower part
I've printed thumb screws from TPU but any material can be used
This design uses M10 lead screws because those are readily available in Europe
Glue the M10 screws to the thumb screws in place
