Adjustable Contour Scribe Tool

This contour scribe tool provides a convenient way to copy various shapes.  Simply guide either the pointer or wheel end along the profile of interest to draw a matching line at a desired depth.  Includes an adjustable chuck that will allow you to lock-in a standard pencil or something smaller, such as a sharp nail if you want to create an etched line.

This is a fully printable design (so no additional hardware is required), all parts are oriented & designed so they can be printed without supports, and the wheel is setup for convenient print-in-place.

To assemble: first slide the chuck into the frame and screw on the chuck knob.  Then, place the two jaws inside the jaw knob, put a pencil in between them, and finally screw the jaw knob onto the chuck.
