Hoop for decorations

My wife has been using cross stitch hoops to make these decorations. I thought I'd take a stab at designing one to use rather than buying a hoop every time she wants to make one.

This is my result. The size is limited, so she'll still need some wooden ones, but for anything small than a 200mm diameter, I can print one for less than she buys them for.
