Designed for a Camfive laser engraver, but seems usable for any basic hinge need.

The black one in the back is the original, but that's the last picture I'll ever have of one since they're all gone now.

Instructions

Printed it solid at .3 layer height. A bit of warping on the underside of the upwards curve, but did not effect the final product's functionality at all.

The model turns around and fits into itself. No need to mirror.

Uses a .25 bar for the hinge pin and fits very snug but usable on a larger door without anything to hold it in place when mounted horizontally. Haven't done any vertical testing.

The original was injection molded was designed to be mostly hollow. I'm assuming to save a bit of plastic, but at the loss of any long term rigidity. So after 2 of them broke within a year, I designed my own . Now I have replaced them all, and threw away the old unbroken ones.

Edit: after a couple weeks of frequent use the hinge separated at the first layer of the loop under the pressure of the strut. Printing it vertically with supports seems to make it a lot stronger, and I'm hoping not to have this issue. Normal situations shouldn't be a problem, but this thing weighs as much as a car hood and lifted itself off the hinges when they popped, so it was way more pressure than anticipated.
