Bearing for Croozer frontwheel / Buchse für Croozer Vorderrad

It is a replacement bushing for the front wheel of a Croozer. If the old bushing is worn out, the front wheel can no longer be turned properly and it stops when pushing. 
This model can be used to replace the bushing and solve the problem.

Assembly instructions:
1) Remove the front bumper. 2 screws from the outside and 2 screws from the inside. (Do not lose the rubber buffer between the bumper bar and Croozer)
2) The original bushing is secured with an aluminum rivet.
Drill this out. (Drill approx. Ø3mm)
3) Pull out the black cap over the bushing.
4) Press out the old bushing from above.
5) Press in the new bushing with the recess facing the hole.
6) Secure the bushing with a small screw (stainless steel or galvanized).
At the point where the rivet used to be.
7) Reassemble everything in reverse order.

Es ist eine Ersatzbuchse für das Vorderrad von einem Croozer. Wenn die alte Buchse ausgeschlagen ist, lässt sich das Vorderrad nicht mehr richtig drehen und es stockt beim schieben. 
Mit diesem Modell lässt sich die Buchse ersetzen und das Problem beheben.

Montageanleitung:
1) Vordere Stoßstange demontieren. 2 Schrauben Außen und 2 Schrauben von Innen. (Gummipuffer zwischen Stoßstange und Croozer nicht verlieren)
2) Die Original Buchse ist mit einem Aluminium Niet gesichert.
Diesen aufbohren. (Bohrer ca. Ø3mm)
3) Die schwarze Kappe über der Buchse herausziehen.
4) Die alte Buchse von oben herausdrücken.
5) Die neue Buchse mit der Aussparung zum Loch einpressen.
6) die Buchse mit einer kleinen Schraube (Edelstahl oder verzinkt) sichern.
An der Stelle wo vorher der Niet war.
7) Alles in umgekehrter Reihenfolge zusammenbauen.98ujni
