This is not a great model and I will likely make a better version in the future.
Most clamps which comes with generic arms are too shallow to fit my chunky Ikea tables. This allows you clamp onto tables up to 55mm thick.
The main clamp should be printed sideways, and the spacer be printed with the large flat side down. Supports are not required.
This clamp requires 2 M5 bolts and nuts. The bolt clamping the arm should be at least 20mm long and the bolt clamping the table should be at least 40mm long.
The nut for the arm wont be secure by itself, but will be fine with a bolt is inserted into it and won't affect how securely the arm is attached.
I recommend at least 40% infill. Any layer height is fine, so use whatever takes the least amount of time. Mine is printed with eSun PLA-ST, but under normal use PLA should work fine though PETG/ABS would be stronger.
If you have +0.6mm nozzles, I'd recommend that as well to save time as detail is not very important.
A brim is strongly recommend.
In the future, I might update this to use inserts instead.
Any suggestion and comments would be great as well!
