The distance between the mounting holes is 60mm, and a diameter of 5mm

All models can be printed without supports & may be good to add a brim since the less contact area in the support-free orientation can lead to warping depending on the tackiness of your build surface. 

Please use more walls & suitable material to make the part stiffer & tougher. I printed the 100x50mm in PLA+ with 4 walls & 20% Grid infill, it could carry a 2.5kg dumbbell without any visible deformation.
