I designed this to be close to the original arm, although not quite as smooth, and it fits about the same as it did when I first got them.

The hole for the screw is a little large because my printer isn't high enough quality, so if you have a .4mm nozzle it should print well. Smaller nozzles might need the hole shrunk a bit.

Just mirror it for the opposing side.

Edit: my apologies for the initial upload, the program exported the screw insert and not the whole object.

Notes:

The likelihood of sunglasses getting left in heat is high, please use ABS for the heat resistance it offers. PLA is VERY likely to warp in your car unless it's specially prepared for heat tolerance.
