There is a complex problem with twisting in the X-axis. This sensor design attempts to address that by moving the sensor to align with the nozzle in the X plane.

The sensor has barely enough room to clear the x-axis bracket and endstop. This fits my printer, but I can't guarantee it will fit all Wanhao i3 models. Please double check the clearance.

Double check clearance at x-min. Double check the BLTouch will trigger before the nozzle crashes into the bed.

This is designed to print without support using 0.2mm layer height. Once printed, you'll need to use some snips or craft knife to remove the bridge material from the middle and the holes.

Put the M3 nuts in the slots, and attach the part to the fan side of the extruder assembly. This will take place of the plastic spacer between the fan and the heatsink.
