Fairphone 5 Battery Case

• Print at 0.1 - 0.2 mm layer height
• Material PLA(+)
• Print one the lid and one bottom part (At the moment there are two versions available with and without text at the front)

If your printer likes to slightly overshoot the edges, it is recommended to file the 4 corners of the base where they meet the lid square before first assembly. Otherwise the first assembly could be permanent.

Try to open and close the case a few times before inserting the battery, to ensure smooth operation.

Tip: 

• The housing can be opened easily if you hold it by the short side and pull it straight up. Otherwise, you will be working against the built-in mechanism to keep the housing closed and will wear it out more quickly.
• The battery symbol included in the lower part can be used to indicate the charge state of the battery. (Aligns with the battery symbol on the battery)
