MTB Bike stand, separated parts

I've split the original parts so they can be printed out separately and to allow moving them across the plate and rearrange, so they can be made to fit your plate. The small lugs have been separated in two forms: all four or a single lug, to print them out depending on your needs. 

• there are now separate files per part, including lugs split in such a way to be printed as a set of four or individually
• added 2 project files with parts laid out on a single plate (220x220 bed)
