Safe Scalpel Separator

Separate scalpels safely and swiftly.

1. Insert the scalpel blade up and horizontal into the groove.
2. Tilt the scalpel up after the tip of the blade passes the entryway.
3. Once the scalpel is vertical and fully inserted hold the separator and pull up.
4. The blade should pop right off. 

Designed for #22 blade and a #4 handle, but works on everything I have tested so far.

Closed version for increased safety and disposal of sharps.

Extra long #4 handle included.
