A short, square symmetrical lamp. Old style.

This is expandable to more levels by adding additional “BoxLevel” pieces and expanding the size of the shade.

STLs for 2 shade sizes have been provided, one for what would be 1 middle level and one for 2 - middle levels.

The shade will have to be modified in terms of height to accommodate the added layers, but should not be a problem. (If it is beyond your current tools, drop me a note and I will add more shades of different heights.)

A  short, square symmetrical lamp.

120mm height x 140 mm (1 middle level)

158 mm height x 140 mm (2 middle level)

Print the 3 plates base, level, and cover and then assemble as follows. (for 1 middle level)

Run the cable through the base, attach the cable and switch wire to the socket and turn the socket into the base plate.

Attach Level plate to the base plate by easily pressing the level plate onto the poles of the base. They are tight to keep them in place, but usually easy enough

Attach the Cover plate to the level plate again by easily pressing into place

Slide the lamp shade cover into the middle open space and test.

No supports are required.
