Jet engine-like MK4 hotend fan intake

This cover gives the hotend fan a jet engine-like look. You need support.

Three variations:

A: Four M3 holes

B: Two M3 holes 

C: Two M3 holes, but kept the counter bore for a symmetric look.

Version 2 (June 3, 2024):

In the first version, I noticed a skinny wall between the ID and the counterbore hole. I adjusted the geometry to have a thicker wall.
