GAIM VR for Blaser R8. VR Simulator with Oculus 2-3

Got a request for GAIM VR for Blaser R8. VR Simulator with Oculus 2 and 3.

Have 2 friends from work who requested to make their GAIM VR more realistic to use the real rifle for training in GAIM VR. Both of them say they become better in real situations after training so it's not a game, it's a simulator. And to use the same weight and handling it's get even better. 

The Blaser trigger/mag i recommend you print in ABS or similar to get the right tension and fitness. Print the housing and lid upside down and the ear and lock on the side. Use quick glue to mount the ear to the housing.

The Oculus 2-3 you can print in any filament but i recommend you print the latch system in ABS. and print the mount standing for best result and the latch on the side. It's made for Stalon X108 and the diameter size is 49,10mm. Use 3M double sided tape to fit the controller mount.

For the Oculus 3 mount i actually recommend to print it in PLA bec. of the fitment for the controller is so tight. You don't even need to strap it. But i recommend you print the latch system in ABS. You print the mount best laying down with “the barrel” pointing up. The barrel diameter is 17,5mm.

I use 2mm stainless TIG-welding pin the both latch and hinge system.

If you have another size of silencer or barrel i can make inserts or custom make a new size.
