DUMMY 13 loves COMIC CON!

So I have started to design a whole series of characters and costumes for DUMMY 13. This is another character from the series "DUMMY13 goes to COMIC CON".

The aim is to preserve the charm and simplicity of Dummy 13.

! If you are not a maker, just leave this model alone. The mask needs post-processing and painting !

Boris Brejcha is a German DJ whose music often accompanies me while I design 3D models.

His visually recognition mark is the Venetian mask he wears on stage. As a child, he suffered severe burns in an accident at an air show.

…In appreciation of the hard time he went through and because I like his music…

Content:

  • This model is part of DUMMY 13 - Micirama, DJ
  • Venetian mask (has to be painted)
  • Shirt with lettering
  • Black sneakers with white sole
  • The 3mf file includes all parts you need, including the dummy 13 parts

Printing:

The provided 3MF file can be used with:

  • Orca Slicer/Bambu Studio: Geometries and settings
  • Prusa Slicer: Only geometries
  • Others: May or may not work

In principle:

  • PLA/PETG according to the default suggestions for printing DUMMY 13
  • Nozzle: 0.4mm
  • Wall generator: Arachne (a MUST!)
  • Layer height:  Depending on requirements
  • Colors: Color change by layer
 Layer heightSupportBrim
Mask0.12mmx (auto tree)x (inner)
Shirt0.15mm-x (inner)
Shirt plate0.08mm--

Assembly:

  • Remove runners, brims and residues
  • The lettering has to be glued to the shirt

Mask:

Slide the head into the mask and press it in with gentle force on the chin.

If this is not possible, it is probably due to the following points:

  •  Check the inside of the mask (mostly the top and behind the eyes) to see if it has been printed cleanly and remove any filament debris that is sticking out
  • Has the brim been removed cleanly?
  • The elephant foot can cause the inner rim to be a little too narrow, just sand the inner rim down a little or work it with a knife
