Bell MX-9 Adventure EXTRA SECURE Chin Mount
Description
PDFQuick remix i made to make the mount a little more secure. i didn't like how the front flexed, especially since i was using a heavier insta360 camera. THIS ALSO MAKES IS MUCH MORE DIFFICULT TO GET OFF so i wouldn't plan on taking it on and off a lot.
So, i added some extra tabs in the front to keep it from sagging, along with reinforcing the back piece that's on the inside of the helmet where i had some layer separation on one print, and then added some chamfers where i thought appropriate.
Just did a quick and dirty job so its not the best looking but it gets the job done. Ended up breaking some of the original fillets and couldn't get them to work again so there's a couple places that look weird because of that.

Differences of the remix compared to the original
-added clips on the front to keep from sagging.
-made back piece thicker
-broke some of the nice fillets on the front of the part and failed to fix them
-added miscellaneous chamfers and fillets where i thought some were missing to help with strength and ease of assembly.
