After replacing the X-axis of my v0 i decided to build a simple heat set insert press out of the old axis and some stuff, that I (and probably you too) had laying around. So, there you go:

BOM (required):

    1515 extrusion (min. 35 mm langer than the rail), mgn7 rail+carriage, m2x8 screws+nuts
4x M2x6-8 Screw, 2 M3 Heatset Insert for the arm
1x M3x8 screw + nut for the rail stop
    M3x20, 2x M3x8 screws + 3x nuts and 1x 608 bearing for top pulley/mount

Iron Holders:

This design fits Iron mounts from the Stealthpress, so hop over there and grab, what you need.

Counterweight:

I am currently using the Press with a bit of string and a counterweight made up of a printed partand 4 AA batteries stapped to it with a zip-tie. You can find the part in the download section.
If you want to go in a different direction, it should be easy enough to fit a keyback, rubber band, belt and motor or whatever you come up with. The pulley and iron mount arm are compatible with strings or 6mm gt2 belts.

BOM (optional):

string, zip-tie and 4 AA batteries for the counterweight
2x M3x16 + hex nuts to fix the legs to the extrusion
2x M3x20 + heatset inserts to fix the feet to the legs

The rail stop was taken from the Voron Zero: https://github.com/VoronDesign/Voron-0

The STEP file can be found in the download section.
