Mx5 catchcan

I created this catchcan because I was unable to find a catchcan i was looking for anywhere. 2 ports in 14mm (no restriction), 1 big port out (no restriction) and 1 drain port at the bottom.

1 print all in ASA, 100% infill

2 Spray all parts with spray paint till the ASA does not soak up any paint anymore, this way its ensure to be water tight. (also inside the catchcan)

3 Optional: Put some steel wool type material in the bottom of the exit compartment for optimal oil to air separation.

4 Attach the lid to the housing using some small screws and some gasket maker at the top of the walls.

5 attach the fittings, (note the smaller fittings are weak, i used steel fittings instead. m16x14 for the 2 bigger ones at the top, and m16x9mm for the drain at the bottom.) I attached the drain hose to a ball style valve to make draining easy.

6 The lid has a recess for a 10mm (socket size) nut which can be used to attach the catchcan to the firewall of the car.
