This is a zip tie mount for a very specific bicycle light, Redshift's Arclight module. It is rechargeable and interchangeable front and rear and remembers to turn on as white or red. More can be found here: https://redshiftsports.com/products/arclight-lights-mounts

This mount also incorporated one or two mounts for GoPro style action cameras. Ideally, it can be used with a proper headlight like Outbound Lighting's models that have a GoPro mount.

Uses 5mm zip ties and VHB in order to secure to the bar. This one is 25.4mm, as it is pictured on a Redshift Kitchensink handlebar with loop. If need for a 31.8mm comes up, please let me know.

Needs:
VHB or similar mounting tape: https://www.homedepot.com/p/Scotch-1-in-x-1-66-yds-Permanent-Double-Sided-Extreme-Mounting-Tape-414DC-SF/203405976
M4 thin nuts (1 or 2 - for mount to Arclight holder) : https://www.mcmaster.com/90710A035/
M5 thin nuts (1 or 2 - for GoPro mount) : https://www.mcmaster.com/90710A037/
6inch zip ties (2), no more than 5mm wide: https://www.mcmaster.com/7130k712/

The single sided has holes for attaching the Arclight mount one way or another - this allows you to choose the orientation of the light module and the orientation on the camera mount.

Model should print vertically with supports with hex cavities for the GoPro mounts to be facing up. I recommend 2.0mm walls and 50% infill. The weight of the GoPro on the length of the mount arm can cause failure of the mount very easily. BTW, the reason for the length of the mount arm for the GoPro is to provide enough clearance to tighten the knob-bolt
