This is an adapter for use with various bicycle mounts for computers to allow you to use a Quad Lock mounting system in its place. Manufacturers like Barfly make wonderful machined mounts, and adapting them to Quad Lock mounts makes them more versatile.
Needed parts:
Quad Lock 360 Head: https://www.quadlockcase.com/products/quad-lock-360-head-lever
(you can also use the Short Lever Head or the Weatherproof Wireless Charging Head)
Hardware:
M5 nut, no more than 3.8mm thick. I tend to use these thin nuts for builds that I cannot use heat-set nuts on: https://www.mcmaster.com/90326A231/
M4 x 0.7, flathead bolts, 10mm long: https://www.mcmaster.com/94326A223/
You may be able to get away with 8mm for these, because of leverage I wanted more engagement of threads.
Shown is the Redshift Computer Mount for Shockstop stem: https://redshiftsports.com/products/shockstop-stem-direct-computer-mount
Note, that because of the size of some phones, it is recommended to use a mount that is even with the bar to clear it with larger phones.
Model should print flat side down with support to fill in the hex cavity. I used 20% infill; its not a part with high leverage.
