Fan Mod for BEGADI CP1 goggles

The Fan should pull the Air out of the top rather than blow air in. Yes, the airsoft fan goggles blow in, but theproper version like the  Smith Optics OTW pull it out.

Considering some of the parts have to be ordered from China, to save some money your best bet is get together with some friends and order enough to make a few pairs. Without shipping you are looking at maybe about 20€ in parts.

• 1 x Sunon MF20080V1-1000U-S99 https://aliexpress.com/item/1005003318879015.html (You need this exact fan)
• 1 x DC 12V PWM Speed Controller Fan "ZFC4-1KM" https://aliexpress.com/item/1005004904458737.html (yes it is meant for 12V fans, but it works fine with 5V too)
• 1 x 4AAA battery holder https://aliexpress.com/item/1005004825120572.html (alternatively you can also use AA or a powerbank, any 5V power source is fine, but I only made a cover for the 4AAA Battery holder, DO NOT USE a LIPO, THE FAN IS RATED 6V max)
• 2 x M3x8mm
• 1 x XT30 Connector pair
• 1 x MR30 Connector pair
• 1 x 4 Pin fan connector like this https://www.ebay.com/itm/166227809803 you have to cut it a bit short so it fits in the box(see image)
• an old USB cable or any other cable with at least 3 wires for the goggle version I used a little less than 30cm, if you want to mount it on your helmet you may need more
• A small cable tie
• Various sizes of heat shrink tubing

PLA:

• FAN Bracket Top + Bottom
• Cutting Jig top and bottom(see images how it is used) you can use the same screws you will use later to screw in the bracket
• PWMController box

TPU:

• PWM Controller box cover(with or without strap loops depending on how you want to mount it)
• Batterybox cover(with or without strap loops depending on how you want to mount it)(alternatively you could use a powerbank if you solder the XT 30 to a USB  cable)
• 2 x Goggle strap cable  guides(optional)
