Dumbbell Fat Grip

The 3mf file is half of a 2.5 inch diameter handle for dumbbells. As is, it's configured for Ironmaster adjustable dumbbells but it should be fairly easy to customize the Fusion file for other types of dumbbells. Print two for one dumbbell. I printed the handles vertically in ASA with a 15% gyroid infill, and 4 walls on the perimeter. I also used tree supports for the holes in the knurl where the cap screw heads and nuts go.

The halves are designed to join with M3x30 socket head cap screws and nylon lock nuts. You'll need 8 per dumbbell.
