Meshtastic Nebra IP67 mounting plate

Version 1:

A mounting plate for a Nebra IP67 enclosure to install a Meshtastic node based on the RAK19007 WisBlock board. Includes a mounting spot for a diymore 18650 battery holder.

Version 2:

A mounting plate for a Nebra IP67 enclosure to install a Meshtastic node based on the RAK19007 WisBlock board. Includes holes for zip-ties to mount an 1165110 10Ah LiPo battery. You can also mount the battery using 4"x2" self adhesive Velcro.

This version is designed to be used with a PoE to 5V USB-C adapter, mounted underneath the plate.

For best results (heat resistance) print in PETG, ABS, or ASA.

Additional hardware:

Version 1:

• 9x M3x8 SHCS screws to mount the plate in the enclosure
• 3-5x M2.5x4 screws to mount the RAK module (you only need 3 if you are not including the Ethernet module)
• 4x M3x4 screws to mount the battery holder

Version 2:

• 7x M3 20mm brass standoffs
• 7x M3x8 SHCS to mount the plate to the standoffs
• 3-5x M2.5x4 screws to mount the RAK module (you only need 3 if you are not including the Ethernet module)
