While playing with the excellent Nextruder Nozzle Case from Little Mike trying to get the best-looking clear container, I found that a 0.6mm nozzle using the 0.40mm DRAFT mode (non-Input Shaper profile) in vase mode (single-wall) gave the best results while being sturdy enough. I have not tried with a 0.8mm nozzle, but made an STL for that as well.
This is a redesign of the case with a 0.6mm or 0.8mm wall, but keeping the inside shape to fit the original caps or the other available caps.
The 0.6mm-wall file is meant to be printed with a 0.6mm nozzle, if possible in vase mode. Best results with the non-IS 0.40mm DRAFT profile on a Prusa XL.
The 0.8mm-wall file is meant to be printed with a 0.8mm nozzle, if possible in vase mode. Best results with the non-IS 0.55mm DRAFT profile on a Prusa XL.
The photo shows a make with the 0.6mm file using Prusament Clear PETG (left) vs the original (right).
