EIBOS Cyclopes Accessories

Introduction

This is an accessory pack for the EIBOS Cyclopes.

• A handle that connects to the top using two of the seven mount holes.
• Plugs to plug the 10 filament holes.
• A M6 washer to connect a PC4-M6 PTFE Tube Connector to one of the Cyclopes's filament holes (for use with a reverse Bowden). The washer is 2mm in height, which is quite a bit smaller than standard M6 washers (hence the print).

Included is the Fusion 360 project. While not Parametric, hopefully the model is clean enough if you want to make modifications.

BOM (Bill of Material)

• 2 x M3 x 20mm flat-head, countersunk screws.
• 2 x M3 x 8mm flat-head, countersunk screws. 
• 4 x M3 heat-set inserts with a max length of 5.7mm. I used standard sized inserts from CNC Kitchen. You can purchase them from Prusa or from Printed Solid (in the USA).

Print Settings

The handle as pictured is Atomic Filament PETG in Light Gray (made in the USA!). It prints well with the generic Prusa PETG profile, but I've increased the bed temperature to 90 (as the Prusa MK4 bed tends to run cool, sometimes 10C below what the thermistor reports).
