Once I received my MK 4 kit with the 1 year Anniversary Sheet, I decided to print a frame for the sheet to hold the sheet instead of printing on it. I printed the pieces on my MK 4 with a 0.4 nozzle at 0.1mm layer height, and to fit the frame on the print bed it has to be rotated ~40-45 degrees. I printed the frame with Prusament rPLA Wine Pigment, and it almost looks like its made of wood!
The letters are optional, but I printed those on my MK3S+ with a 0.25 nozzle at 0.1mm layer height and was able to press them into the bottom sheet frame piece. To print the frame, you'll need:
The hardest part is making sure the magnets are oriented correctly so the pieces will hold together, so make sure to be extra careful when inserting the magnets!
