This is an attachment to combine a ratchet screwdriver with a 7mm hexa head.

・PETG(PC blend is better)

・Printed with a 0.2mm layer(0.1mm is better)

It will be printed sideways and fitted with a 10mm steel grub screw set to minimize the risk of breakage.

This attachment connects the two tools together.

Heatblock holding tool

This is a tool to fix the heat block. 

I used a combination of fittings obtained from a Japanese hardware store like Home Depot.

It is very simple but easier to work with than using a monkey wrench.

E3Dタイプのホットエンドのノズルを簡単に素早く交換するためのアイデア集です。

アイデアの１つ目はラチェットドライバーに7mmのヘッドを最も短く組み合わせるためのアタッチメントになります。

PETGで0.2mmレイヤーでプリントします（PC blend、0.1mmレイヤーのほうが確実です）。

横に倒してプリントし、鉄ホーローセット（10mm）を装着することで、破損のリスクが小さくなります。

アイデアの２つ目は、ノズル交換時にヒートブロックを固定する治具です。

東急ハンズ（ホームセンター）で入手した金具を組み合わせました。

とてもシンプルですが、モンキーレンチを使うよりも作業しやすいです。
