Fotohängständer / Photohangandstand

Das ist ein Aufhänger oder Ständer für Fotos oder Postkarten. Ich denke es ist z.B. ein nettes Mitbringsel, wenn man ein Foto verschenkt.

Befestigungsmöglichkeiten:

Damit kann man ein Foto

• an einen Stab hängen
• an einen Nagel hängen
• auf den Schreibtisch stellen
• an einem Regalbrett befestigen, hängend oder stehend

Design, OpenScad

Der Fotohängständer ist mit OpenScad erstellt. Es ist dabei so programmiert worden, dass die Bretthöhe, sowie auch andere Parameter,  einfach geändert werden können.
Die äusseren Kanten sind gerundet, damit es sich angenehmer anfassen lässt.

Filament

Es sollte wahrscheinlich mit PETG gedruckt werden, da PLA härter und nicht so flexibel ist.

Aber ich habe es nur mit PETG probiert.

Druck

Bei den  STL -Dateien ist das Objekt so orientiert, das es ideal für den Druck liegt. Es sollte ohne "Brim" oder so gedruckt werden, da es wichtig ist, dass der schmale Spalt für das Einklemmen des Fotos sauber gedruckt wird. 

Ich habe mit einer Füllung von  20% gedruckt. Eine Schichthöhe von 0,3 mm ist ausreichend. Dann dauert der Druck nur ca 20min. Mit einer Schichthöhe von 0,2 mm sind es 30min.

Verwendung

Das Bild wird einfach in den schmalen Spalt gesteckt und dann aufgehängt, hingestellt, befestig …..

Eventuell ist der Spalt für Postkarten zu schmal. Ich habe nur Fotos ausprobiert. Man kann dies aber einfach anpassen (im OpenScad-Code).

Or it can be used to mount a postcard somewhere.

•    put it on a desk
•    attach it to a shelf, hanging or standing

Design, OpenScad

The photo hangingandstand is created with OpenScad. It has been programmed so that the board height, as well as other parameters, can be easily changed.
The outer edges are rounded to make it more pleasant to touch.

Filament

It should probably be printed with PETG, since PLA is harder and not  that  flexible.

But I tried it only with PETG.

Print

In the STL files, the object is oriented so that it lies ideally for printing. It should be printed without "brim" or something, because it is important that the narrow gap for pinching the photo is printed cleanly.

I printed with a 20% fill. A layer height of 0.3mm is sufficient. Then the printing takes only about 20min. With a layer height of 0.2 mm it takes 30min.

Use

The picture is simply put in the narrow gap and then hung, put, fastened .....
The gap could be too small for postcards, but easily can be adapted.
