This grip designed for hand poke tattooing enhances the traditional method where a tattoo artist uses a long, thicker needle with a loop, dipped in ink, to create tattoos by pricking dots into the skin. The grip fits perfectly into the hand providing comfort and control during the tattooing process. Indentations for fingers ensure a secure and stable hold, reducing hand fatigue. A groove runs through the model, designed for the precise insertion of the needle. This feature ensures that the needle remains aligned and steady during use. There is also a cone at the back of the grip which holds the needle loop securely. Additionally, tapers at both the back and front of the groove allow the needle to click into place, ensuring it stays fixed throughout the tattooing session.

The grip is modelled on a base so that it can be printed vertically without supports so the final product is as high quality and efficient as possible. This means that the base must be cut off when the print is complete.
