Fred the Frog with a separate bowler hat

Fred with a hole on top for a bowler hat with a pin. Rotate the hat however you want (Default orientation is good but not perfect).

The hat is a little bit deformed but i'm planning on fixing that in the future.

Eyes need to be scaled down. 97.5% worked perfectly for me.

In near future i might make way more hats for this same model.
