This was created to fit a UTG Pro handguard on an MP5K/SP5K which utilizes a single MLOK slot on the 12 o clock and 9 o clock positions of the handguard. It occupies a single MLOK slot and uses M3 hardware 2x(M3 nut + M3x30mm hex socket cap screw) to retain the modbutton and a single magpul MLOK screw + cam nut to secure the mount to the handguard.
First attach the mount to the handguard using your MLOK screws, then insert your modbutton from the side, then insert the side retainer and secure with screws. I trimmed the screws to appx 27-28mm and blued with with Birchwood Casey aluminum black.
This was printed in PLA-CF with 0.4 nozzle using tree(slim) supports. The side retaining piece was printed flat with no supports. The base was printed on its right side flat, with tree(slim) supports supporting the left side that has the M3 nut cutouts oriented upwards. This gives the cleanest interface to the rail (press-fit) and cleanest interfaces with the button. I tried multiple orientations and this worked best for me and my slicer settings/material.
